Fee Schedules and Forms

Summit Trust Company provides a variety of services for both professional advisors and their clients. This section contains the various forms that are required to open an account with Summit Trust, as well as to service those accounts. In addition, the fee schedules for each type of account can be opened and downloaded from the fees section.
