Welcome Delta Airline Pilots!

We have prepared this special page for you to establish your Delta Airline Pilot Roth IRA.

The Summit Trust Unlimited, Self-Directed Roth IRA is unique because of the following benefits:

  Self Directed
  No Minimum Required Distributions (MRD)
  Tax Free Growth
No Income In Respect Of A Decedant (IRD)
  Tax Free Income
  Flexability Of Permitted Invesments
  Tax Free Withdrawals
  Combine Multiple Investments

Once you have transferred your money to a Summit Trust Unlimited Roth IRA, you are permitted to invest in a wide assortment of investments. These include, but are not limited to:

  Mutual Funds
  Closely Held Businesses
  Individual Stocks and Bonds
  Real Estate
  Initial Public Offerings
  Mortgages
  Private Notes
  CDs
  Private Investments in Public Entities
  Hedge Funds

In addition, we also offer the Unlimted IRA as a Regular (Traditional) IRA Account.  With Regular IRA Accounts, transactions in the account, including interest, dividends, and capital gains, are not subject to tax while still in the account, but upon withdrawal from the account, withdrawals are subject to federal income tax. This is in contrast to a Roth IRA, in which contributions are never tax-deductible, but qualified withdrawals are tax free.

In order to make it easy for you to open your IRA Account, we have prepared the following applications and files for you:

To Open an Unlimited Roth IRA Account:

Download the "Complete Set of Forms". This first file that you need to download has all the blank forms that you will need to complete and return to us.  Click Here to download these “Fillable Forms”.

To Open an Unlimited Regular (Traditional) IRA Account:

Download the "Complete Set of Forms". This first file that you need to download has all the blank forms that you will need to complete and return to us.  Click Here to download these “Fillable Forms”.

Each of these pages is in an Adobe format that permits you to fill in the data right on your screen.

If you have Adobe Acrobat, you will need to download and save the application to a folder that you create on your computer for your Summit rust IRA records. Even if you do not complete all of the data at the first sitting, you can save it and return later by opening the file and finishing the form.  Once it is completed, you simply need to email it back to us at delta@summittrust.com.

If you have Adobe Reader, you will need to print out the form immediately after completion and mail it to us on the address referenced on the forms.

Please note:  Some of these forms must also be printed out by you after you have completed them, because they either need your signature, or they need to have attached a photocopy of your photo identification (Driver’s License) or Airline ID, and one other form of identification.

Each of these forms will have a notice at the top that it is to be printed out and mailed separately after it is signed, or the proper items are attached.

These need to be mailed to us by regular US Postal Service or overnight carrier, if you prefer. As soon as we receive it, we will open your account and send you an acknowledgment via e-mail, as well as regular mail.
